Based in Bengaluru, the company fosters a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.Location: HSR Layout, BangaloreWork Mode: In-officeWorking Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Monday – Friday)Experience: 6 months – 2 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an early-career Project Manager (full-time) to support the delivery of multiple technology and data programs at DataFrontier. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring high-quality client delivery.You will work closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams across data engineering, data analytics, AI/ML, and product development to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with scope, and meet quality expectations. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to keep teams aligned across multiple initiatives.Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & CoordinationManage day-to-day execution of multiple client and internal projects.Track deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and delivery trackers.Cross-Team AlignmentCoordinate work between data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and product teams.Ensure clear communication of project requirements and updates across stakeholders.Facilitate standups, planning meetings, sprint reviews, and delivery checkpoints.Client CommunicationAct as a coordination point between clients and internal delivery teams.Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and timelines clearly.Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with delivery plans.Quality & Process ManagementMonitor deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and completeness.Identify risks early and work with teams to resolve issues.Help improve delivery processes, documentation, and internal workflows.Required Skills:Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working with technical teams (data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)Good understanding of project tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar)Ability to create clear documentation, status reports, and meeting notesStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesPreferred qualifications: Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML, software, or product development projectsFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum workflowsBasic understanding of data pipelines, analytics, or cloud technologiesExperience coordinating with clients or external stakeholdersThe ideal candidate is someone who:Is highly organized and proactiveCommunicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCan keep teams aligned and accountableThrives in a fast-moving startup environmentWants to grow into program management or delivery leadershipWhat you'll gain: Hands-on experience managing real-world AI, data, and product programsExposure to enterprise clients and global projectsOpportunity to work directly with leadership and grow rapidly in delivery rolesA great work culture, growth, choice of laptop, and health insurance covering the entire family
