Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role - “Associate – Business Admin Team” within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.This role offers a structured career path with opportunities to progress into senior positions, leadership roles, or cross-functional projects we are equal opportunity employer with growth based on meritocracy.Summary: Business administration team plays a vital role in the smooth operation of a company. This team typically handles a wide range of administrative functions that support the overall management and functioning of the business.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Possess knowledge of general accounting and claims process.2. Establishes proof of loss by studying documentation and assembling additional information from outside sources.3. Complete freight claim paperwork with transportation & Submit revised mitigation paperwork when applicable.4. Track communications and follow ups with transportation providers during the claims process.5. Negotiate settlements with carriers on behalf of the client by mutual communication and agreeance.6. Request documentation and information needed from carriers to resolve claims or letters of denial.7. Communicate updates on freight claims to claimant parties when requested.8. Ensure timely and effective claims resolution.9. Research and collects data through complex techniques and procedures, Google research, structured datacollections or other project specific methodology.Desired Candidate Profile:1. Bachelors /Freshers master’s degree with a minimum of 1 – 4years of experience in Account & Finance background and Claims experience is preferred.2. Should be a fast learner.3. The candidate should have relationship management skills since the job will involve Liaoning with customers and US stakeholders.4. The Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learn more and be flexible.5. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management6. The candidate should have excellent PC skills and should be well versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word and Access (optional).7. This job may also require using various applications (Microsoft or others).8. Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and Strong problem-solving skills.9. Strong attention to details and Good follow up skills.10. Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assumes accountability for issues until final resolution.11. Flexible to night shifts is mandatory. (9.00pm to 6.00am)
