Home to innovation and ground breaking technology, our Auto team leads the game in developing outstanding software and solutions for hyper-personalized digital marketing.We seek a QA/QC Associate with a solid understanding of modern web-based technologies, cross-browser experience on multiple platforms and a superior eye for detail. The role will require an independent, proactive attitude in order to conceive and refine creative solutions that satisfy the demands of world-class clients and meet evolving business needs. You will work with a highly experienced team of developers, helping to build testing processes to lead our company through an exciting period of growth. This position is located in our Bangalore, KA office.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.ResponsibilitiesEnsure best in class email quality by implementing rigorous QA practicesPossess stellar problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmicallySolid Enterprise-grade ESP experience, preferably in a B2C industryExecuting and/or testing sophisticated campaign tacticsDynamic content/personalization to optimize email campaign performance.Understanding of technical web design skills such as HTML, CSSManaging multiple projects for varied partners simultaneously, in a fast-paced and results oriented environmentCoordinate with QA/QC lead/team time to time to improve process, issue management and mentoringQualifications5+ years of experience in Digital/Email MarketingBachelor/Master's degree in area of specialty and/or experience in the field or in a related areaExperience in Manual/Automated TestingDetailed understanding of HTML, CSSEnterprise-grade ESP experienceKnowledge of various tools used in Email Marketing and Campaign Build ProcessUnderstanding of Email Life CycleExcellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently, effectively manage multiple activities, and to meet quality objectivesProven ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and via email)Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skillsGood interpersonal skills: teamwork, respect, tact and discretionDemonstrate a positive attitude even under pressureExcellent attention to detailsEpsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
