Work with Operations and Engineering for NPD and Improvement.Combine engineering requirements with statistical modeling to navigate complex, “non-production variables” affecting production.Convert ambiguous technical or operational problems involving multiple stakeholders into structured, data-driven projects.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, or digital twin methodologies.Balance innovation with operational practicality, ensuring solutions are scalable and production-ready by designing and planning support systems like MHE, VSM etc.Communicate complex trade-offs and systemic insights to leadership and engineering stakeholders. Continuously benchmark operational maturity and introduce simulation-driven models for predictive scalability.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field.5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, or high-volume semiconductor environments.Strong capability with CAD tools software, Proficiency in operations modeling, automation frameworks, and large-scale data analytics tools.Experience designing and executing process optimization initiatives in OSAT or equivalent high-complexity manufacturing settings.Familiarity with simulation environments, statistical process control systems, and digital factory ecosystems preferred.
