With a comprehensive range of safety solutions, Locks & Architectural Solutions encompasses the very best in-home security, from the iconic Nav-Tal lock to cutting edge digital and biometric safety solutions.Locks & Architectural Solutions focusses on achieving a sublime balance of form and function, durability and elegance, which is at the very heart of contemporary home and office design.Job Profile:-Job Description-The incumbent will be responsible for the following :1) Superior Business Performance - Working Capital Management. - Driving sales of digital locks through direct customer engagement and SI Project dealers. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective enquiry pipeline management. - Appointing SI project dealers and ensuring marketing activities to promote SI project dealers. - Appointing , monitoring and training of TPC manpower to improve sales and productivity. - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key government agencies. - Providing pre-sales support, including site visits and product recommendations. - Increasing wallet share in existing Key/Large accounts through cross selling. - Ensuring post-sales customer satisfaction through coordination with service teams. - Using SFDC for giving proper visibility and updating it on regular basis at each stage and closing the same with final status. - Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.2) Innovative Solutions - Conducting product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers and System Integrators. - Training SIs and Project dealers on product features and selling points. - Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.3) Sustainability Practice - Marketing: Participation in various exhibitions and conducting local AID meets. - Focusing on promotion of new products & manufactured products.4) Organizational Imperatives - Team Development: Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates. - Formulating plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Management - Achieving Operational Excellence through TPM, Kaizen, 5S, TOC, GreenCo and CII Business Excellence - Understanding and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.REQUISITE QUALIFICATION:-Essential: Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech)Preferred: Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with Post Graduate Qualification in ManagementREQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE:-Essential: 2 years’ work experience in Institutional SalesPreferred: Relevant work experience in SalesSPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:-Essential: 1. Knowledge of: - Sales in consumer durables - Project sales 2. Interpersonal skills 3. Computer savvy
