Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management,company construction labour monitoring benefits administration, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will create and implement HR strategies and initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. This role also includes resolving employee concerns, conducting training programs, and supporting the organization's strategic growth goals through talent management. QualificationsProficiency in End-to-End Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes.Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management.Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Regulatory Compliance Requirements.Strong skills in Training and Development, as well as Employee Engagement practices.Proficient in HRIS Systems and Data Management related to human resources functions.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.Prior experience in construction or a similar industry is advantageous, but not required.
