At Kasya, we encourage individuals to embrace their authentic selves while wearing our thoughtfully designed apparel.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Jaipur.The Fashion Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce garments that align with Kasya's aesthetic of timeless and elegant fashion. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team on design projects, experimenting with textiles and embroidery techniques, and ensuring precision in garment fitting and construction. The designer will also contribute to seasonal collections and support the production process to meet brand standards. Should have atleast 2-3 years of experience.QualificationsProficiency in Fashion Design, including the ability to conceptualize and sketch original designsExperience and expertise in working with Textiles and Embroidery techniques to create unique patterns and texturesStrong knowledge of garment Fitting and construction, with attention to detail and qualityPassion for fashion and an understanding of current trends while maintaining a focus on classic and timeless stylesBachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field is highly preferredStrong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other departmentsPrevious experience in a similar role or in the fashion industry will be an advantage
