The role ensures accurate project financials, drives adherence to Pre‑CER commitments, manages project risks, and supports NPI budgeting and gate reviewsMain ResponsibilitiesQuotation & Pre‑CER SupportReview quotation sheets and validate cost estimates and program profitability.Collaborate with GCT/BD teams to prepare Pre‑CER project investment justifications and sensitivity analyses.Identify financial risks and propose customer controlling measures such as credit assessments and commercial terms review.Project Financial ManagementDevelop and update project costing with site finance based on latest data.Monitor project spending across NPI milestones.Identify variances versus Pre‑CER commitments and drive corrective actions with regional PMs.Review BS exposure and support NPI project risk management.NPI Governance & BudgetingParticipate in NPI gate reviews and ensure financial discipline.Support annual regional and NPI budgeting including comparison against quotation commitments.Process Improvement & StandardizationProvide feedback to global program controlling to enhance Pre‑CER and gate review standards.Collaborate on cross‑region alignment for consistent financial standards.Implement digitalization and process improvement initiatives.Support as regional backup and share resources across teams.Qualifications & SkillsCMA/ master’s degree in finance (mandatory).Minimum 5 years of experience in program controlling or costing within the automotive manufacturing industry.Cross‑functional or cross‑discipline experience preferred.Skills & CompetenciesKey Knowledge & SkillsBusiness acumen and understanding of product costing.Hands-on working in SAP including modules like PS (Project Systems), FI/CO, MM & PPAdvanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.Excellent written and spoken English.Preferred SkillsProject management knowledge or certifications.Core CompetenciesOpen‑minded, enthusiastic, and flexible.Ability to work under pressure.Flexibility to support multiple time zones.Additional InformationOccasional travel required.Individual contributor role.No relocation allowance.
