The teams are transforming Operations through Tech and Analytics.Do You Dream Big?We Need You.Job DescriptionJob Title: Workday Functional SpecialistLocation: Bangalore (Onsite)Reporting to: Tech ManagerPURPOSE OF ROLE This role manages and optimizes our Workday HCM platform. This role focuses on configuring business processes, maintaining system functionality, and partnering with zones and business stakeholders to ensure Workday meets organizational needs. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIESConfigure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent).Design and update business processes, calculated fields, and custom validations.Manage and drive security roles, user access, and compliance within Workday.Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).Support Workday release management, testing, and deployment of new features.Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure data integrity.Collaborate with zones and functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLSExperience: Minimum 3 years such as a workday developer/SME.Worked with global stakeholders and various zonesTechnical/Functional Skills: Workday HCM module development, Workday Absence module development, Workday reporting/security knowledge.Mandatory Skills:Workday HCM module development Workday absence module development Workday reporting/security Stakeholder Communication Agile Project Facilitation Preferred (Good to have) Skills:Workday learning and recruitment development Walk Me configuration and knowledgeAnd above all of this, an undying love for beer!We dream big to create future with more cheers.
