We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions and ensure seamless communication.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp chats, and customer queries professionally.Provide accurate information regarding services, timelines, and order status.Coordinate with designers, production, and delivery teams for smooth order execution.Maintain and update customer data and interaction records.Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for inquiries, feedback, and order updates.Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints efficiently.Support in client retention and relationship building.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.RequirementsGraduate in Fashion Degree.Prior experience in customer service / CRE / client handling is preferred.Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication.Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in fashion / retail / customization industry is a plus.Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Customer-centric approach with a positive attitudeWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a premium fashion brand.Exposure to client servicing in B2B & B2C segments.Growth opportunities within the organization.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Work Schedule:6 Days Working
