Program Manager – Aerospace ProjectsLocation: Peenya, Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 4–5 years in aerospace/precision manufacturing projectsQualification: Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Production/Industrial)Certifications: Green Belt (Lean Six Sigma), PMPThe Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex aerospace manufacturing projects at MSA Global Technology & Engineering Private Limited. The role requires managing project schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring adherence to AS9100D standards, customer requirements, and quality metrics.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for multiple aerospace programs.Allocate resources effectively to meet project schedules and budget targets.Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients (GE India, IAMPL, Dynamatic, NEST Group), and suppliers.Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and mitigation plans.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all projects comply with AS9100D standards, customer specifications, and internal QMS procedures.Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Track and report issues, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact on delivery.Process Improvement & Lean ImplementationApply Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt level) to improve project efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the project and plant operations.Budget & Resource ManagementMonitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to achieve project targets efficiently.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain all project documentation, including schedules, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.Prepare presentations for senior management and clients highlighting project performance, risks, and opportunities.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong program/project management skills with PMP certification.Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience.Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience:4–5 years of program/project management experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.Hands-on experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and complex manufacturing projects.Salary : Negotiable
