Job Title: Project EngineerLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe at Aldecor are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and civil projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in preparing project schedules, milestones, and resource plans with the Project Manager.Oversee site execution across civil, interior, and MEP works, ensuring alignment with drawings and BOQs.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower productivity to minimize rework and delays.Conduct regular site and coordination meetings with engineers, supervisors, and contractors.2. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a bridge between the Project Manager, consultants, and clients for smooth communication.Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and vendors for design clarifications and approvals.Manage client expectations, address concerns, and share timely progress updates.3. Quality & ComplianceReview shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups before execution.Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and statutory codes.Enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and report any site safety issues.4. Monitoring & ReportingMaintain detailed reports on project progress, material usage, and site challenges.Track project schedules against baselines and recommend corrective measures.Prepare MIS reports, change orders, RFIs, and documentation for billing support.5. Vendor & Subcontractor ManagementOversee subcontractor performance and verify deliverables.Track material deliveries and ensure compliance with technical specifications.Support vendor negotiations and verify contractor bills against site progress.6.
