Job DescriptionFUNCTIONAL AREA: Run , SAP PLM LOCATION: Bangalore REPORTING TO (TITLE): Manager SAP PLM Job Introduction The SAP analyst position is responsible for providing global 2nd and 3rd level support to our global SAP users. The SAP analyst will work in a global environment and support the SAP PLM system with professional knowledge hand in hand with external partners and the Client internal team. In addition to various SAP solutions, also other systems will be supported in 2nd level. Major Responsibilities · Deliver application support in 2nd and 3rd level within our internal ticket system· Coordinate maintenance of the systems we provide to our customers· Support in functional extensions (SAP customizing, ABAP development etc.)· Support in coordination and collaboration with external and internal consultants· Implement solutions using customizing and ABAP programming· SAP user support for their authorizationsKnowledge and Education· Completion of community college diploma/certificate· Computer Science degree recommendedSkills and Competencies· Good IT Knowledge (SW, HW, Networks)· Good knowledge in SAP applications (MM, Basis, ABAP)· 5 years of experience in supporting SAP Application· Very good English knowledge in spoken and written· For male applicants: civilian or military service completed as far as possible.
