Role Overview:We're looking for a Content Lead who has operated at a larger scale — someone from a company doing ₹100Cr+ a month — and knows what it means to produce content at machine-gun volume in a performance marketing environment.This is not a brand storytelling role. This is a performance content role. You will own the creative output that feeds our paid media engine.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end content production for Meta, YouTube, - scripts, briefs, hooks, CTAsBuilding and running a high-velocity content system Working directly embedded with the performance/growth team — you ship content, they test it, you iterate fast based on dataManaging and briefing UGC creators, video editors, and freelancers to maintain volume without dropping qualityDeveloping a swipe file and winning formula library — knowing what hooks work, what angles are dead, and whyOwning the creative testing roadmap — new formats, new angles, new audiences, in sync with media buyersRequirements:3-6 years in performance content / growth creative rolesPrior company scale: ₹100Cr+/month revenue (consumer app, D2C, fintech, edtech — any high-spend vertical)Proven track record of high-volume output — can show you shipped 50–200 creatives/monthDirect collaboration experience with media buyers or growth managers — not just handing off assetsStrong instinct for mass-market Indian audiences — Tier 2 sensibility, not metro bubble thinkingExperience in social/entertainment apps, dating, gaming, or any app with a similar emotional hookFamiliarity with UGC-style content production and creator briefingHas managed freelancer/vendor networks to scale content without headcount bloatThe FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.About FRNDFRND is redefining the way people connect by building a social platform that’s not just engaging but also safe, inclusive, and fun.
