· Quality new acquisition of Liability CA/SA/SAL/TD from Resident/Non-Resident customers in the catchment · Generate leads through Catchment Working, Cold Calls, Referrals, Working on the internal databases. · Work on Enabler for Business acquisition · Participate in Local Marketing promotional activities of the Branch for Business Acquisition · Fully responsible to get Values in the Self sourced Accounts · Meet the defined productivity norms for Self-Sourcing and mentioned in PLP · Adherence of KYC/AML in true spirit while acquisition of new accountsIdentify existing branch customers who meet Classic program criteria and flag them on the system to upgrade these customers under the programAcquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the systemRegularly interact with the customer to build relationships and understand the profile.Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets · Enhance the value/book size of the given portfolio · Achieving Top Line targets for various products like LI, MF etc. · Liability products – CASA, FX, Quickremit etcUpdate any portfolio client related process like LTR and any other such system as informed from time to time · Handling Service Request for program clientsEnsure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts · Follow all NR Desk related processes (like Day Plan, Fee Plan and any other that may be notified from time to time)Required Skills5to 12 years of experience in banking sales and with good communication skills Outbound Sales resource responsible for sourcing Liability business from the marketPrimary focus being acquiring New to Bank customers for the BankStaff is also responsible for fulfilling of leads of Branch Staff and Other VerticalsAlong with Liability, staff is responsible for Cross sell of other products to customer.Adhere to the KYC and AML guidelines of the Bank for Account Opening
