Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Seven Eleven Group Of Companies in Mira Bhayandar. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E to create stunning and functional spaces for our guests.Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trendsOversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectivelyStay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projectsOversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completionCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectivesEnsure the highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design processConduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersFoster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and contribute to design solutionsCollaborate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design conceptsBuild and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholdersMust be able to and Site visit & coordination on regular basis.Maintain strong client relationships and seek opportunities for additional projects or services.Must be have knowledge of MS word/MS Excel /AutoCAD/Photoshop and Sketch up, BIM will be additionalSource and select materials, furniture, and decorative items that align with the design vision and budget.Manage the project timeline, work with contractors, and ensure the design is implemented accurately. Develop cost estimates for different design options and ensure the project stays within the client's budget.Create detailed drawings, specifications, and other documentation for contractors and clients.QualificationsArchitecture and Construction Drawings expertiseKnowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)Strong attention to detail and creativityBachelor's degree in Interior Design or related fieldExcellent project management skills7+ years experience in interior designing And executionTechnical proficiency in AUTOCAD & other related software's, Project managementMumbai Based candidate only.
