Role: VP, Treasury (Head of Treasury)Location: BengaluruWork Mode: HybridOverviewWe are looking for a seasoned treasury leader who brings strong banking expertise, deep operational understanding, and the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role that directly supports Organization's portfolio companies and plays a critical part in enhancing our global liquidity, governance and banking infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day treasury operations, liquidity planning and cash flow forecastingStrengthen and manage relationships with global and Indian banking partnersOversee bank account lifecycle, treasury controls and complianceDesign and manage the corporate card program for IndiaSupport global cash and liquidity reporting across funds and asset classesManage FX and interest rate risks in line with global policiesPartner with global leaders (Finance India, US and Europe) to build an integrated treasury modelWhat We’re Looking For15+ years of treasury operations experience, including leadership responsibilitiesStrong understanding of Indian banking operations, KYC governance and global treasury processesExperience working in shared services or multi-regional treasury setupsHands-on expertise with treasury workstations (Ion/WSS preferred)Proven ability to collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced environmentExceptional stakeholder management, analytical and communication capabilitiesBackground from global enterprises, professional services firms, real-estate services, or international banks is preferredIf you are a treasury leader who thrives on building new capabilities, strengthening banking ecosystems and influencing global financial operations, we would like to connect.Great treasury leaders don’t just manage cash, they build confidence, create resilience and power strategic growth.
