Mantraworx eliminates the inefficiencies of multiple tools, offering a secure and scalable operating system to enhance team productivity and collaboration.What You'll Work OnBuild and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js + Express.jsDesign and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, write migrations, and manage queriesImplement background jobs, scheduled tasks, and event-driven workflowsWork with Redis for caching and session managementIntegrate AI/LLM features (OpenAI API, vector search with Qdrant, RAG pipelines)Support real-time features via WebSocketsWrite validation, middleware, and RBAC-based access control logicHandle file uploads, PDF parsing, and document processingWork across a monorepo with shared packages and Dockerized environmentsWhat We're Looking ForStrong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScriptWorking knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, joins, migrations, indexing)Familiarity with REST API design principles and authentication (JWT, sessions)Basic understanding of Docker, Git, and CI workflowsExposure to Redis, caching patterns, or background job systems is a plusCuriosity about AI integrations (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases)Ability to debug, trace issues, and write clean, maintainable codeBachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
