Founder’s Office & Strategic ExecutionWork directly with founders and directors on high-priority initiativesSupport strategic planning and ensure effective execution of key projectsAct as a bridge between leadership and various teams2. Operations & Process ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the head office and ground teamsIdentify gaps and streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityDrive cross-functional coordination and ensure smooth workflows3. Inventory & Operations ManagementManage inventory planning, tracking, and controlCoordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholdersEnsure optimal stock levels and efficient movement of goods4. Team Coordination & ManagementSupervise office staff and ground teams to ensure operational efficiencyEstablish accountability frameworks and monitor performanceSupport hiring, onboarding, and team structuring efforts5. E-commerce & Logistics ManagementOversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing and fulfillmentManage logistics partners and ensure timely deliveriesContinuously optimize logistics and operational costs6.
