You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy from the executives and the day-to-day execution of our Project Managers. This is a dual-impact role focused on Governance (ensuring we do things right) and Enablement (ensuring our team has the tools and talent to succeed). The PMO Operations Manager reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer at ParallelDots.Roles and Responsibilities:Own and enforce PMO standards, ensuring all projects follow established SOPs. Ensure PMO standards and SOPs are tailored to the unique lifecycle of enterprise AI and Image Recognition engagements.Manage and drive organizational change management such as adoption of new tools & technology and adherence to new processes.Facilitate critical governance events, including but not limited to Go-Live Reviews and Project Retrospectives.Maintain the central repository for project documentation, ensuring audit-readiness and clear escalation paths.Generate high-level reporting for executive stakeholders regarding project health, risks, and process bottlenecks that impact customer satisfaction.Partner with HR to manage the full-cycle recruitment pipeline for Project Managers, Coordinators, and Associates.Design and manage the onboarding experience for new hires to ensure a fast /"time-to-productivity”.Develop and maintain the /"PM Toolkit,/" including slide decks, project templates, and reporting frameworks.Act as a subject matter expert on PM fundamentals, providing guidance to the team on best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Business, Operations or Engineering. An MBA is a plus.5+ years in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a PMO-specific or Operations role.Ability to showcase mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or ) and data visualization tools to transform project data into actionable executive decks.Ability to translate complex project data into concise updates for stakeholders.A passion for /"the way work gets done/"—you enjoy building the system, not just working inside it.Experience influencing Project Managers and cross-functional leads to adhere to standards.Experience with recruitment of project management roles.Holding a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Prince2) is highly desirable and preferred.Holding a PMI - PMOCP or a Prince2 P3O certification is a bonus.
