Telecaller– Residential ProjectsExperience: 1+ Year Location: Delhi NCR Industry: Architecture / Residential DesignRole OverviewWe are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to support our residential architectural business by handling client interactions, generating leads, and coordinating initial consultations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of residential projects and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients for residential architectural services.Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about services offered.Generate and qualify leads for site visits and consultations.Schedule meetings between clients and the architecture/design team.Maintain and update client databases and call records.Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion and engagement.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in handling client conversations over callsBasic understanding of residential architecture / interior servicesGood organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to work in a target-oriented environmentQualificationsGraduate in any disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer interaction / sales supportExperience in real estate, architecture, or interior design firms will be an added advantageWhat We Look ForA candidate who is presentable, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to build rapport with clients and contribute to business growth through effective communication.
