Combining innovative technology, effective pedagogy, and scalability, REAP is transforming vocational education into an engaging and accessible learning experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site job for Junior Executive - Punjabi at the REAP project, IIT Madras Campus. The Junior Executive will be responsible for managing content in Punjabi, including reviewing, editing, and ensuring quality video-based educational materials. The role includes coordinating with content creators, conducting quality checks, maintaining consistency in content delivery, and supporting the platform’s content management processes. This position also involves engaging with stakeholders to support implementation and feedback collection.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Executive under the REAP project at IIT Madras.This is a dynamic, hands-on role where the primary focus will be on Quality Control (QC) of AI-generated educational content in Punjabi. The engagement may not be extended if the expected standards of diligence, quality, and commitment are not met.QualificationsProficiency in Punjabi with excellent writing, reading and verbal communication skills, with mandatory professional proficiency in English.Willingness to work onsite at IIT Madras, ChennaiExperience in content review, editing, and curriculum developmentProficiency with digital tools, such as content management systems, and a basic understanding of e-learning platformsStrong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic familiarity with video production and editing processes is a plusBachelor’s degree in any discipline is a must.Prior experience in vocational education, skill development, or similar roles is an advantage
