The candidate should have strong experience in civil billing, quantity take-off, client billing, subcontractor billing, measurement work, and coordination with execution teams.The ideal candidate must be capable of handling billing activities independently at site and should be familiar with industrial project billing systems, RA bills, BOQ tracking, quantity reconciliation, and billing documentation. Candidates with prior experience in cement plant, power plant, or industrial construction projects will be preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Billing & MeasurementPrepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills for client and subcontractors.Carry out quantity take-off from drawings, site measurements, and actual executed work.Prepare detailed measurement sheets and billing abstracts.Verify work quantities executed at site before billing.Ensure timely and accurate submission of bills with all required supporting documents.2. BOQ & Quantity VerificationStudy and understand BOQ, drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications.Reconcile executed quantities with approved BOQ quantities.Track variation quantities, extra items, and non-BOQ works.Assist in preparing rate analysis for extra or deviation items.Monitor item-wise progress and billing status.3. Client & Subcontractor BillingCoordinate with client representatives for measurement checking and bill certification.Verify and process subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements and contract terms.Maintain proper record of submitted, approved, and pending bills.Follow up for certification, approvals, and clarifications related to billing.4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain all billing-related documents such as:Measurement sheetsBilling abstractsBOQ statementsClient billing recordsSubcontractor billing recordsExtra item statementsVariation / deviation recordsPrepare regular reports on billing progress, pending bills, and certified quantities.Support project management with billing status updates and reconciliation reports.5.
