Job Summary:We are a creative agency looking for a Systems Administrator to manage our office infrastructure. You will be responsible for network uptime, bandwidth management, and the physical maintenance of high-performance workstations (Windows & Mac). Responsibilities:Network & ConnectivityManage office internet infrastructure (Dual-ISP setup).Configure and monitor Load Balancing to ensure bandwidth is distributed efficiently between upload/download tasks and general browsing.Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, or downtime immediately.Manage local LAN, Wi-Fi access points, and switch configurations.Hardware & MaintenanceWindows Fleet: Maintain /"Heavy/" workstations used for 3D rendering and video editing. Perform regular stress tests, thermal monitoring, and physical cleaning (dust/fans) to prevent throttling.Mac Fleet: Support Mac Mini (M1-M4) and MacBooks. Ensure OS stability and connectivity.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware failures (RAM, PSU, GPU) and software conflicts.Assembly: Assemble custom desktop configurations for the design team if required (selecting and installing components).RequirementsProven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.Strong knowledge of Load Balancing, Failover configurations, and Router/Switch management.Deep understanding of PC Hardware (GPU/CPU thermals, Power Supply requirements).Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and macOS Support.Ability to physically maintain equipment (cleaning, cable management, parts replacement).Nice to HaveExperience building custom PCs from scratch.
