Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Chef with knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves assisting in meal preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation and cooking of meals across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.)Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operationsEnsure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per standardsAssist in basic menu preparation and food platingHandle kitchen prep work including cutting, marination, and ingredient preparationMonitor stock levels and assist in inventory managementFollow instructions and recipes accuratelyEnsure proper storage of food items to avoid wastageKey Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Commis / Junior ChefBasic knowledge of Indian & International cuisinesUnderstanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standardsWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in shifts and flexible hoursGood teamwork and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsDiploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or HospitalityExperience in hotels, restaurants, or catering setupsKey SkillsBasic multi-cuisine cooking skillsFood preparation & presentationTime managementAttention to detailTeam collaborationShare your profile at
