Advisors act as the single point of accountability for the customer — from first discovery call to home purchase and post-sales engagement — while being powered by a strong central Research & Intelligence team.This is where you come in.Role OverviewAs an Advisor, you will own the complete homebuying journey for your clients. You will act as their thinking partner, guide, and accountability anchor, helping them navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence.You will not rely on a parallel subject-matter expert on deals. Instead, you will:Leverage Propsoch’s research database, reports, and toolsApply judgment, context, and empathyTake full ownership of outcomes for your clientsYour Core Responsibilities1. Client Journey OwnershipAct as the primary point of contact and accountability for homebuyers throughout their journeyBuild long-term relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and credibilityEnsure a seamless, well-guided experience from onboarding to purchase and post-sales engagement2. Advisory Conduct structured advisory calls to showcase and explain relevant projects using Propsoch’s research tools, reports, and databasesContinuously refine recommendations as client preferences evolveConduct deep dive calls to elaborate on project potential and challenges and help clients compare projects and units to select the best unit based on their requirement.Present Peace of Mind reports to walk clients through key insights and trade-offs of shortlisted projects. Explain floor plans, master plans and unit analysis, to help clients make an informed decision. Translate market intelligence into clear, actionable advice for customersAddress questions and concerns with data-backed, unbiased perspectives3. Client Education & EngagementConduct webinars on locations, projects, and market themes for clientsProactively map new supply to existing clients using internal tools such as the Wingman toolKeep clients informed of relevant opportunities aligned with their buying intent4. Site Visits & CoordinationFollow up with clients to help them schedule site visits. Coordinate with the Market Expert team to facilitate the site visits. Prepare clients before visits and provide structured post-visit follow-ups to drive clarity and progress5. Conversion & ClosureSupport clients through evaluation, negotiation, and final decision-makingResolve objections thoughtfully while maintaining Propsoch’s trust-first advisory approachDrive successful closures with a focus on decision quality6. Post-Sales EngagementManage post-purchase interactions including client queries, loyalty rewards, and testimonialsEnsure a strong, positive closure to the customer journey and encourage long-term advocacyWho would fit best in this role Experience & Education1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role within real estate, architectural firms, fintech, insurance, banking or hospitality.
