Our client is a fintech startup offering instant digital lending. We are looking for a high-performing FP&A professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis for our Personal Loan (PL) portfolios. This role partners closely with Risk, Product, Collections, and Treasury teams to support sustainable growth through strong financial discipline and data-backed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and rolling outlooks for PL portfolios.• Track key business metrics including disbursements, AUM, yield, cost of funds, and credit cost.• Analyze product-wise profitability, pricing structures, tenure mix, and fee components.• Monitor credit performance indicators such as DPD, roll rates, and vintage behavior, and assesstheir impact on overall P&L.• Perform actual versus budget and forecast variance analysisto highlight performance drivers.• Support pricing changes, policy updates, and growth scenarios through detailed financialmodeling.• Build, maintain, and enhance MIS dashboards for senior management reporting and decisionsupport.• Support preparation of Board, Investor, and Lender reports with accurate and timely financialinsights.Requirements:• 2–6 years of prior experience in Personal Loan and/digital lending within NBFC, Bank, or FinTechenvironments.• CA / MBA (Finance)/ CFA or equivalent professional qualification.• Strong understanding ofsecured versus unsecured loan economics.
