The role involves creating high quality prompts and documents to evaluate model responses on day-to-day work in retail operations, sales, and customer-facing environments.Key Responsibilities:Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflowsDesign tasks that reflect real-world retail and sales scenariosSelect and use relevant public data/documents as input filesEnsure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the occupationReview tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevanceRequirements:Degree in Business, Pharmacy, Management, or related fieldStrong understanding of real-world workflows in your professionAbility to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality promptsWho can Apply:We are open to many experts within retail (including but not limited to): Pharmacists, General & Operations Managers, First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers, Private Detectives & Investigators.Terms of Contract:Opportunity is for a project that is ~2 week duration with potential extensionAfter applying, you will receive an email with a login link.
