The company is committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Foreign Exchange Broker. The role involves managing currency exchange transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing personalized financial advice to clients. The broker will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.In addition, the role includes maintaining and managing company accounts, preparing and updating cash statements, handling vouchers, tracking payments, and ensuring accurate GST compliance and filings. The candidate will also be responsible for working with accounting tools such as Tally to maintain proper financial records and reporting.⸻Qualifications • Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, currency trends, and financial instruments • Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and provide sound financial guidance • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay updated on global market conditions • Proficiency in financial software and tools (experience with Tally preferred) • Knowledge of accounting practices, GST, and financial record-keeping • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field • Prior experience in foreign exchange trading, brokerage, or accounting roles preferred
