Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.Technical Expertise: Experience: 8+ YearsLocation: Noida / Kolkata / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / MumbaiStrong proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, OSB, BAM, OWSM) and WebLogic Server.Hands-on experience with high-availability setups, including clustering, load balancing, and failover.Knowledge of Oracle Database concepts as they relate to SOA (e.g., dehydration store behavior).Scripting: Proficiency in WLST, Python, and Shell scripting for automation.Cloud Exposure: Experience managing SOA environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS is often preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management: Install, configure, and administer Oracle SOA Suite (12c), including components like BPEL, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT).WebLogic Administration: Manage WebLogic Server domains, including clustering, JDBC/JMS configuration, and performance tuning.Maintenance & Patching: Perform regular patching and version upgrades of SOA Suite, Fusion Middleware, and WebLogic components to maintain security and stability.Deployment: Execute and automate application deployments using tools like WLST, Maven, and Jenkins within CI/CD pipelines.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor SOA composites and OSB pipelines using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Analyze logs, thread dumps, and JVM performance to resolve production issues.Security & Compliance: Enforce SOA security standards, including SSL/digital certificate management and access control policy configurations.Collaboration: Work with developers, architects, and DBAs to optimize long-running SOA composite instances and database dehydration stores.
