The role comprises managing day-to-day HR functions, fostering a positive organizational culture, and implementing human resource strategies. Responsibilities include recruitment, working on an HRMS , managing payroll, employee onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, training and development, performance appraisals, and compliance management. The role requires occasional in-office presence while allowing some flexibility for remote work.QualificationsProficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee OnboardingAbility to develop and implement HR Policies and Compliance ProcessesStrong experience in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Conflict ResolutionSkills in Training, Development, and Performance ManagementStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficiency in HR software and tools is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
