Company DescriptionBoxology is a custom packaging production company based in New Delhi, helping D2C brands create packaging that works as hard as their product does. We work with fast-growing consumer brands to bring packaging ideas to life, from concept to physical box. We're a lean, ambitious team that moves fast and cares deeply about craft. Every box we produce is a brand's first physical handshake with its customer, and we take that seriously.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Packaging Creative and 3D Visualisation Specialist to join the Boxology team full-time, on-site in New Delhi. This is not a traditional graphic design role. You will be the person who takes a product brief and turns it into a packaging concept that's original, functional, and stunning before a single unit goes to print. On any given day you could be building a 3D mockup in Blender, laying out a structural dieline in Illustrator, exploring finish textures and material references, or presenting three completely different creative directions to a client. You'll be thinking about how the box opens, how it looks on a shelf, how it photographs, and how it feels in someone's hands. You will work closely with our production and strategy teams to ensure your designs are not just beautiful but manufacturable. Ideation is only half the job. The other half is making sure it can actually be built.QualificationsProficiency in Blender for 3D product and packaging visualisation is non-negotiable. We need someone who can render a box concept that looks real.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for dieline creation and structural packaging layouts.Understanding of packaging formats: rigid boxes, folding cartons, flexible pouches, shipper boxes, and how each behaves structurally.Ability to translate a brand reference or product brief into multiple creative directions without being hand-held.A portfolio that shows actual packaging work, not just branding or print. 3D renders, dielines, or physical prototypes are a big plus.Good communication skills because you will be presenting and explaining your thinking, not just sending a file over.1 to 3 years of experience in packaging design, industrial design, or a closely related field. Exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio will be considered.Bonus: experience with Keyshot, Cinema 4D, or any structural dieline software like ArtiosCAD or Esko.
