More details as below.Notice Period: Immediate-15 daysContract: Longterm ContractWork: PAN INDIAMin:8+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesTo lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions for Last Mile Distribution (LMD) processes, ensuring end-to-end integration of the logistics chain, aligning technology with business strategy, and guaranteeing operational efficiency, traceability, and cost control in final distribution for various processes such as pre-sales, delivery, and direct sales routes.Main Responsibilities: • Lead requirements gathering workshops with the following departments: • Logistics • Distribution • Transportation • Operations • Accounting • Design end-to-end functional solutions for last-mile processes, including pre-sales, delivery, and direct sales routes. • Advanced configuration (customizing) in SAP LMD and solid knowledge of related modules (SD, MM, WM, EWM, TM, FI). • Define functional architecture on SAP S/4HANA • Integration with the following modules: • SAP SD • SAP MM • SAP WM • SAP EWM • SAP TM • SAP LE • Develop functional specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments. • Coordinate SIT, UAT, and cutover strategy testing. • Lead the functional team (if applicable). • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and management. • Provide strategic support post-go-live and during stabilization. • Participate in estimations and technical proposals for new projects.Technical Requirements Essential: • 10+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant in logistics modules with strong knowledge of the SDD process in SAP ECC and LMD in SAP S/4HANA • Proven experience in distribution and transportation projects. • At least two end-to-end implementations. • Solid experience in SAP SD/MM/EWM/LE/TM integration • In-depth knowledge of processes: o Route planning for pre-sales, delivery, and direct sales. o Order management o Picking and packing o Transportation distribution, cross-docking, and truck-to-truck. o Electronic invoicing o Returns management o Route settlement o Collections • Experience with SAP S/4HANA. • Creation of functional documentation. • Experience in incident management and production support. • Ability to interact with ABAP technical teams and integrate with CPI.Desirable: • SAP certification (TM, SD, or Logistics “MM, WM, EWM”). • Experience with integrations via CPI, APIs, IDocs, and EDI. • Experience with mobile solutions for delivery, direct sales, and distribution. • Experience in retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, etc. Academic Background • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. • SAP certifications (desirable).WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
