We are looking for a Vice President – Data Products to define and scale the organization’s data product capabilities. You will own product strategy, lead multi-squad execution, and shape how analytics, dashboards, and AI systems consume and derive value from data.This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and AI. It requires strong B2B SaaS product leadership, a deep understanding of how data underpins ML and GenAI systems, and the judgment to choose the right approach for each business problem.What You’ll DoOwn the vision and roadmap across catalog, intelligence, pricing, supply visibility, lifecycle data, and integrationsTranslate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, data contracts, schemas, and measurable KPIsDefine how downstream analytics, dashboards, and insight layers are designed to ensure data is interpretable and commercially usefulDrive an AI-first product roadmap by identifying where classical ML models (regression, trees, clustering, forecasting) versus GenAI approaches (embeddings, retrieval, vector search, LLM-based reasoning) create the most valuePartner with AI, data engineering, and platform teams to ensure data is structured, enriched, and reliable for these modelsEstablish and maintain data governance, lineage, quality, and trust frameworks across the platformLead multi-disciplinary squads spanning Product, Data Engineering, AI, and Integrations, operating as a senior product ownerWork closely with engineering leadership on scalability, performance, and reliability of ingestion and transformation pipelinesRepresent the data product strategy and value proposition to leadership, customers, and partnersWhat We’re Looking For5–9 years of experience in data products or data platform product rolesMandatory exposure to electronics, OEMs, EMS, or semiconductor industriesProven experience building or scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally enterprise-gradeStrong understanding of classical ML techniques and modern GenAI architectures, with sound judgment on practical applicationSolid grasp of data modeling, ETL / ELT principles, integration patterns, and modern data stacksExperience defining visualization layers and collaborating with BI teams to build dashboards and insight productsProven ability to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholdersExperience leading product squads in fast-moving, high-growth environmentsExposure to supply chain, procurement, or industrial data products is a plus
