Our flagship solutions - aiXDR and aiSIEM, deliver unified threat visibility and automation to enterprises across the world.With an expanding footprint in India and a fast-growing partner ecosystem, we are now doubling down on field and channel operations in ChennaiRole SummaryWe’re looking for an experienced Channel Growth Partner to drive Seceon’s regional presence by building and nurturing a strong network of channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.This role is for someone who thrives in field sales, understands the dynamics of B2B channels, and is passionate about delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions that actually solve real-world pain points.You’ll be on the ground, building alliances, delivering value, and unlocking revenue opportunities through the channel, not just managing partners, but empowering them.What You'll DoChannel Strategy & Engagement What You'll DoIdentify, onboard, and activate new channel partners in the Chennai region.Maintain strong working relationships with resellers, VARs, and distributors.Guide partners on Seceon’s value proposition, product stack, and incentive models.Field Execution & Business DevelopmentRegular in-person visits to partner offices and client meetings.Drive demand-gen activities, workshops, and co-branded initiatives with key partners.Support partners in pre-sales conversations, customer demos, and deal closures.Sales Enablement & CoordinationTrack regional funnel, partner performance, and deal progression.Coordinate with internal sales engineers and product teams for technical support.Share timely reports, market insights, and competitor activity from the field.Who You AreYou have 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure products.You understand partner dynamics, field sales cycles, and enterprise buying behavior.You enjoy being out in the field, speaking to decision-makers, and making things happen.You’re structured, articulate, and highly accountable.You’re fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi, and comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred SkillsBackground in working with reseller ecosystems, MSSPs, or regional SIs.Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.Previous experience in cybersecurity or cloud-based enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
