The candidate must have strong working knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel, which are mandatory for this role. The position requires handling billing, reconciliations, GST and TDS compliance, and finalization of accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting OperationsMaintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally.Manage accounts payable and receivable entries.Prepare and process vendor bills, invoices, and payment records.Maintain accurate financial documentation and transaction records.GST & TDS ComplianceHandle GST reconciliation and assist in GST return preparation.Manage TDS deductions, reconciliation, and related documentation.Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements and filings.Billing & Vendor PaymentsVerify and process vendor invoices and purchase bills.Maintain payment schedules and expense tracking.Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for billing and documentation.Excel & MIS ReportingPrepare financial MIS reports using Advanced Excel.Maintain Excel sheets for expense tracking, vendor payments, and financial analysis.Generate reports for management review and financial monitoring.ReconciliationPerform bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.Ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.Finalization of AccountsAssist in monthly and yearly finalization of accounts.Maintain proper records for audit and financial compliance.Required Skills (Mandatory)Strong hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory)Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) including formulas, data analysis, and reportingKnowledge of GST, TDS reconciliation, and accounting complianceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsQualifications or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance2–4 years experience in accounting rolesPreferred ProfileCandidates based in Mumbai or nearby areas preferredImmediate joiners will be given preference
