Google Cloud Business Applications Platform Information Experience (iX) team technical writing resource scope and requirements.Location: Remote Type: On going Contract Qualifications• Experienced technical writer (8+ years) who can execute assigned projects with minimal guidance.• Experience researching and writing documentation for engineers/developers, administrators, and business users.• Exemplary English writing and editing skills.• Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a dynamic, multi-team environment.• Proficiency and experience using/authoring in HTML.• Excellent planning and organizational skills.• Preferred skills: Experience with API management, application integration, and/or cloud services and platforms.ObjectiveProvide technical writing, editing, and publishing services for BAP product areas including Integration Connectors, Application Integration, Gemini Enterprise, and Apigee. Directed assignments will include writing and editing across multiple content types, such as configuration guides, API references, install guides, user guides, and other content for a technical audience.Responsibilities• Write and edit documentation for products, as directed, including Integration Connectors, Apigee API management, and Application Integration.• Produce output of high quality, attention to detail, and professional polish.• Plan and prioritize assigned tasks, as directed by the TL.• Work harmoniously with fellow team members, product managers, software engineers, and support engineers.• Complete assigned tasks with minimal guidance.• Learn and understand technical details and/or fundamental concepts, products and features.
