Job Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel’s All Day Dining restaurant, food delivery platforms, and B2B business accounts. The role ensures consistent service standards, strong guest satisfaction, and effective financial and inventory control while maximizing revenue across dine-in, delivery, and corporate segments.Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of All Day Dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner, à la carte)• Ensure smooth coordination between restaurant, kitchen, stewarding, and room service team• Manage food delivery operations (online platforms and hotel channels), ensuring order accuracy and timely dispatch• Oversee B2B and corporate orders, including meetings and external supply agreements• Maintain hotel-standard service quality and guest experience• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house teams• Prepare staff schedules aligned with occupancy and business volume• Monitor daily sales performance and drive revenue across dine-in, delivery, and B2B channels• Control beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses in line with budget• Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, receiving, storage, and stock counts• Minimize waste, shortages, and inventory variances• Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing to support promotions and corporate accounts• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and labour regulations• Maintain accurate operational records and performance reportsQualifications & Experience • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a hotel environment• Experience managing All Day Dining operations is required• Experience in food delivery platforms and B2B orders is preferred• Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and inventory management• Strong leadership and communication skills• Good command of EnglishPersonal Attributes • Guest-focused with strong problem-solving skills• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Location: Pan India Travel Requirement: Passport mandatory
