At Nucleus, backend engineering is core to how our products scale, perform, and evolve. As a Junior Backend Engineer, you’ll help build the services, APIs, and data foundations that power our AI-adjacent products and internal systems. This role is designed for engineers at the beginning of their careers who are excited to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and develop strong engineering judgment in a thoughtful, high-trust environment.You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional partners to ship reliable backend systems in Python, improve how our applications interact with data, and strengthen the quality of the tools and infrastructure we rely on every day.
