Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Candolim for an Assistant People & Culture Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. You will partner with department leaders to ensure workforce alignment, promote a positive work environment, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will assist in implementing and improving HR processes to support organizational growth and goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent management.Skills in employee engagement, performance management, and managing employee relations effectively.Knowledge or experience in designing and delivering training programs.Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and labor laws applicable to the region.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
