Job Title: Content Creator Company: Arcitech AILocation: Lower Parel, Mumbai / Vashi, Navi MumbaiWork Mode: On-site (floating between both locations)Employment Type: Part-timeShift: Flexible, either first half or second half within 10 AM to 7 PMExperience: 1–4 years preferredCompensation: 1,80,000 to 3,60,000 LPARole OverviewWe are looking for a creative, camera-friendly Content Creator who is highly skilled in content creation and deeply aware of social media trends, formats, and audience behavior.The ideal candidate should be confident shooting content, appearing in UGC-style videos, and collaborating with internal teams to create platform-relevant content across our portfolios in AI, automation, SaaS, and technology.This role will work closely with the Social Media Managers and coordinate with the video editing team, graphics team to ideate, shoot, and execute content. The role aligns with your existing content, AI-tool, scheduling, and creative-collaboration setup.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging short-form and platform-native content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and related channelsAppear as the face of the brand in UGC-style videos, reels, talking-head videos, and other content formatsCollaborate with the social teams to generate content ideas and trend-based conceptsStay updated with social media trends, creator formats, and industry conversations through active social listeningShoot content independently using an iPhone or equivalent high-quality camera deviceWork closely with the video editing team & graphics team to execute content efficientlyProvide clear visual references and content direction during shoots and productionSupport content calendars and content execution across portfoliosRequirementsStrong hands-on experience in content creationComfortable shooting with an iPhone or equivalent camera-quality deviceStrong understanding of reels, UGC videos, short-form storytelling, hooks, framing, lighting, and platform-native contentHighly aware of what is happening across social media, trends, and creator ecosystemsCreative, presentable, and confident on cameraFluent in EnglishStrong collaboration and coordination skillsInterest in AI, automation, SaaS, and technologyAble to work part-time and commute between Lower Parel and Vashi as requiredReporting toBrand Manager.
