Job Title: Senior Manager – Administration & FacilitiesLocation: Noida, IndiaDepartment: Administration / Facilities ManagementExperience: 12–15 yearsRole Overview:The Senior Manager – Admin & Facilities will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end administrative operations, facility management, vendor governance, workplace experience, and compliance. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and optimize our administration and facilities operations in North Region. Base location - Noida.Key Responsibilities:1. Facilities ManagementOversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, transport, and cafeteria servicesEnsure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Manage office space planning, layout optimization, and expansionsDrive preventive and corrective maintenance programs2. Vendor & Contract ManagementIdentify, onboard, and manage vendors for facility servicesNegotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure service quality complianceMonitor vendor performance and cost efficiency3. Administration OperationsLead general administration including office supplies, travel desk, asset management, and record keepingImplement best practices for administrative efficiency and cost controlManage company assets and inventory systems4. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with statutory regulations (labour laws, fire safety, building compliance, etc.)Lead audits and inspections related to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)Implement workplace safety programs and emergency response protocols5. Budgeting & Cost ControlPrepare and manage annual admin and facility budgetsTrack expenses and drive cost optimization initiativesEnsure financial discipline across all administrative functions6. Workplace ExperienceEnhance employee experience through workplace initiativesManage events, engagement activities, and office environment improvementsDrive sustainability and green initiatives7. Team LeadershipLead and mentor the admin and facilities teamSet performance goals and ensure team developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant specialization preferred)12–15+ years of experience in administration and facility managementManage and oversee North region (4 offices in Noida, 1 in Delhi, 1 in Mohali, 1 in Jaipur, 1 in Ludhiana, 1 in Jalandhar, 1 in Hisar)Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and facility operationsProven experience in vendor management and contract negotiationExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple sites/projects (preferred)Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systemsBPO experience preferredExperience to effectively manage support staff, attrition, rotationsExperience of setting up new facilities – Liaising with Real Estate partners & D&B vendors, project executionPreferred Skills:Experience in IT/ITES or corporate office environmentsExposure to ESG/sustainability initiativesCrisis management and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and budgeting capabilitiesWhy Join Digitide?Opportunity to lead and scale operations in a growing organizationCollaborative and innovation-driven cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits
