The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of process systems, safety studies, and operational hazards.Key Responsibilities:Support plant Operations, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning activities.Review and interpret P&IDs, process systems, equipment layouts, and instrumentation details.Participate in Basic Process Engineering activities and process system reviews.Conduct and support Safety Studies, including HAZOP and Risk Assessments.Understand and verify process logic, interlocks, and control systems.Analyze operational hazards and ensure safe startup and shutdown procedures.Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for smooth project execution.Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.Required Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of process equipment such as:Distillation ColumnsFurnacesCompressorsChillersSteam SystemsUtility SystemsKnowledge of operational hazards and safety protocols in refinery/petrochemical plants.Familiarity with control systems, interlocks, and process automation.Skills & Competencies:Excellent understanding of P&IDs and process systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
