We have the vision, the capital, and the team now we need the Operating System.We are looking for a 8+ year HR veteran who is tired of corporate fluff and wants to actually build a national brand from the ground up.Your Mandate: 1. Systemize everything: You will take full ownership of GreytHR. If a salary is manual, if a document is missing, or if attendance isn't geo-fenced, that is your problem to solve. We want a /"Visibility/" engine, not a paperwork pile.The /"Ten 11 Bible/": You will draft and enforce the SOPs. You need to turn the MD’s vision into clear, /"Paper-made/" protocols that work for a Commis Chef in Mumbai just as well as a Manager in Gurgaon.Tiered Leadership Support: You will support our Heads & Leaders by creating a tiered payroll and policy structure that treats our HO leaders like professionals and our ground staff with necessary discipline.Kill the Politics: You are the shield. You will implement data-driven KPIs so that rewards are based on merit, not noise.Who You Are:10+ Years in the Trenches: You’ve seen it all in Hospitality, Retail, or F&B. You know the difference between /"office talk/" and /"on-the-floor/" reality.The Architect: You’ve built HR departments before. You don't ask /"What is the policy?/" You write the policy.GreytHR Power User: You can configure the backend, map the modules, and pull the analytics yourself.
