Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Influencer / Creator Marketing Executive to manage and grow our gaming creator ecosystem across titles like BGMI and Honor of Kings. The candidate will be responsible for creator onboarding, campaign execution, performance tracking, and relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator ManagementIdentify, onboard and manage gaming content creators (YouTube / Instagram / Live streamers).Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships with creators.Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and campaign briefs.Support new creator acquisition for micro and mid-tier segments.Campaign ExecutionPlan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for game launches, updates, and events.Ensure timely content publishing and guideline adherence.Manage giveaways, in-game rewards, and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.Reporting & AnalysisTrack campaign performance metrics (Views, PCV, Engagement, Reach, etc.).Prepare weekly and campaign reports with insights and recommendations.Monitor creator performance trends and identify rising creators.Collect and compile qualitative community feedback.Data & OperationsMaintain creator databases, trackers, and reporting sheets.Support bulk outreach via email / social platforms.Assist in creator events, tournaments, and livestream activations. Requirements1–3 years experience in Influencer Marketing / Gaming Industry / Talent Management.Strong understanding of YouTube, livestream ecosystem, and gaming creator landscape.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel / reporting tools.Passion for mobile esports / gaming content is a must.Good to HaveExperience working on BGMI / esports / gaming campaigns.Knowledge of creator analytics tools & YouTube API basics.Event or tournament execution exposure
