As pioneers in the events, exhibitions, activations, television, PR, and digital space, Wizcraft has played a defining role in shaping the event management industry in India.About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary Head of Strategy – Concepts & Experiences to lead the strategic thinking and concept architecture behind large-scale live experiences, global entertainment properties, and high-impact brand activations.This role will shape the intellectual and creative backbone of experiential campaigns, immersive environments, entertainment formats, and marquee event properties. The ideal candidate combines brand strategy, cultural intelligence, storytelling, and emerging technology awareness to design audience experiences that are both emotionally powerful and commercially impactful.The role will work closely with creative, design, production, and client leadership teams to translate strategic insights into compelling experiential concepts that define industry- leading work.Industry RequirementCandidates must come from the Media, Entertainment, Experiential Marketing, or EventManagement ecosystem.Relevant backgrounds include leadership roles in:• Experiential marketing agencies• Event and entertainment production companies• Live events, concerts, festivals, and award shows• Brand activation and experience design agencies• Entertainment IP development companiesKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipLead the strategic thinking and conceptual development for experiential campaigns, global entertainment properties, and large-scale events.Translate client business objectives into powerful experiential narratives and audience journeys.Define strategic frameworks that guide creative, design, and production teams.Concept & Experience DevelopmentArchitect breakthrough concepts for brand activations, entertainment properties, immersive environments, and live productions.Develop audience engagement journeys, storytelling formats, and experience ecosystems.Partner with creative and design teams to transform strategic concepts into spatial, visual, and digital experiences.Client & Brand StrategyAct as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders.Provide consumer insights, cultural intelligence, and brand positioning frameworks.Develop long-term brand experience platforms for marquee clients.New Business & Pitch LeadershipLead conceptual and strategic development of high-value pitches.Craft powerful narratives that differentiate the organization in competitive situations.Collaborate with business development teams to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.Innovation & Industry LeadershipTrack global trends in experiential marketing, live entertainment, immersive technology, and audience engagement.Introduce new experiential formats including hybrid events, interactive installations, and entertainment IPs.Establish the organization as a thought leader in experiential storytelling.AI & Emerging Technology CapabilityStrong working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies shaping creative ideation and audience engagement.Ability to use AI for concept exploration, experience personalization, rapid ideation, audience insights, and storytelling development.Understanding of how AI, immersive technology, spatial computing, and digital experiences enhance live events.Champion AI-enabled creative workflows across strategy, design, and content development teams.Leadership ResponsibilitiesBuild and mentor a high-performing strategy and concept team.Establish frameworks for insight mining, idea generation, and concept development.Inspire cross-functional teams to deliver bold, innovative experiential work.Key Skills & CapabilitiesExperiential marketing strategyBrand storytelling and narrative designCreative concept developmentAudience engagement architectureCultural and consumer insightPitch and proposal leadershipImmersive and spatial experience designAI-enabled ideation and strategy workflowsStakeholder management and leadershipWhat you need to have12–18 years of experience in experiential marketing, entertainment, events, or brand experience strategy.Previous roles such as Strategy Director – Experiential, Creative Strategy Director, Concept Director, or Head of Brand Experience.Demonstrated experience designing large-scale experiential campaigns, entertainment productions, or global brand activations.Strong exposure to high-profile events, entertainment formats, or international brand campaigns.What Success Looks LikeIndustry-leading experiential concepts that win major client mandates.Memorable audience experiences that elevate brand impact.A robust pipeline of innovative formats, properties, and creative ideas.Recognition for creative excellence within the experiential and entertainment industry.
