If you have ever believed that education could be done right - this is that opportunity.About the Role:We are looking for a high-agency operator to work closely with the founder and help drive a wide range of new initiatives. This role is for someone who enjoys solving messy, ambiguous problems and figuring out how to make things happen from scratch.Many of the projects you will work on will not have clear playbooks. Your job will be to break down the problem, find creative ways to move forward, and drive execution until the outcome is achieved.If you enjoy building things from zero, experimenting quickly, and working across different domains, this role will suit you well.What You Will Work On:You will lead and execute special projects across different areas of the organization, including:- Designing and launching new initiatives or pilot programs- Building partnerships with industry leaders and institutions- Driving research collaborations and industry engagement projects- Coordinating experts, faculty, and external partners for new programs- Running experiments to test new ideas and opportunities- Solving operational and strategic problems that arise in a fast-moving environmentYou will work directly with the founder and interact with senior leaders across industry.Who This Role Is ForThis role is best suited for people who have experienced the early stages of a startup and enjoy the intensity and creativity required to build new things.Typical background:- Worked in a startup when the team was around 10-15 employees, stayed through a growth phase of 100-150 employees- Held cross-functional roles such as Founder's Office, Business Operations, Product or Special Projects- Comfortable working across multiple problem areas rather than a narrowly defined role.What We Look For- High ownership and initiative- Strong problem-solving ability in unstructured environments- Resourcefulness in finding ways to move projects forward- Bias for action and experimentation- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders- Strong communication and organizational skillsWe value builders and doers who enjoy taking ideas and converting them into real outcomes.Signals That Stand OutWe are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated initiative earlier in their journey.
