Operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, we foster a fast-paced work culture driven by innovative, collaborative ventures.Role overviewPrime Ambit is launching a new sub-brand dedicated to HR consulting and cloud-based HRMS services specifically tailored for MSMEs and traditional, proprietor-run businesses. We are seeking a proactive HR professional to manage our internal HR, drive grassroots recruitment for our clients, and provide operational support to our sales team. You will operate as the Founder’s execution proxy: build and run the HR engine, enforce daily operating cadence through trackers and follow-ups, coordinate across teams, and ensure deliverables move to closure.Key responsibilities 1) HR engine and talent acquisitionRun hiring from role intake to onboarding: sourcing, screening, coordination, follow-ups, and closure for both internal roles and select client mandates.Own HR hygiene: onboarding checklists, documentation, contracts, attendance/leave tracking, basic HR SOPs, and performance review cadence.Run structured performance appraisal cycles and ensure people are in the right roles with clear expectations. 2) Founder’s Office executionMaintain and continuously improve a Master Execution Tracker with clear owners, deadlines, and evidence links for all key tasks.Run daily/weekly check-ins to drive updates, chase blockers, and insist on evidence-based statusAct as the central operational node between the Founder and all functions (sales, delivery, design, tech, HR consulting)3) Sales enablement and pipeline supportSupport the sales team with outreach workflows for the new HR consulting and HRMS sub-brand (prospect research, basic outreach, follow-up coordination, and documentation).Track outbound activity, lead volumes, follow-ups, and meeting schedules to ensure pipeline hygiene and clear next steps.Ensure all leads and touchpoints are logged properly in trackers/CRMs 4) Escalations, problem-solving, and crisis managementAct as the first line of defense for operational and HR-related issues before they reach the Founder.Handle day-to-day operational fires independently and escalate only when needed—always with a proposed solution and clear next actions.Proactively spot process gaps, repetitive problems, and misalignments, then design and roll out fixes.What success looks like in 90 daysA working operating system is in place: master tracker, clear owners, daily/weekly cadence, and disciplined follow-ups.Hiring pipelines (internal + client) are active and measurable; open roles are moving week-on-week with visible metrics and closure timelines.Sales activity and outreach for the HR/HRMS sub-brand are fully trackable with minimal leakage and clear ownership for each lead.HR basics (onboarding, leave/attendance, documentation, exits) are documented, simple, and running consistently.Ideal candidate Mindset and ownershipYou have a solid foundation in HR but think like a business owner; you see HR and Operations as levers for growth, not just support functions.You have high agency and autonomy: if a process is broken, you fix it; if a policy is missing, you draft it, get alignment, and execute. Execution and Organization2+ years in HR/recruitment/ops-heavy roles, ideally in fast-paced startups or coordination-heavy environments.Obsession with trackers, spreadsheets, data accuracy, and documentation—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills and comfort working with numbers, activity metrics, and outcome-based dashboards. Communication and behaviorExcellent written and spoken English; you will write updates, notes, and follow-ups daily and must communicate with clarity and professionalism.Comfortable working in a high-cadence environment with direct, no-nonsense feedback.Calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to independently prioritize what matters most for the business.What’s in it for you Direct Founder access: Work closely with the Founder every day.
