Job Title: Head – Financial Institutions Group (FIG)Location: Mumbai Role OverviewThe Head – FIG will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling relationships with Financial Institutions (Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, AIFs, PE/VC Funds, etc.) while driving deal origination, structuring, and closure across debt, structured finance, and capital markets transactions.This is a revenue leadership role requiring strong market connectivity, deal execution expertise, and team-building capabilities.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue GenerationLead origination of mandates across Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, and Capital Raising.Develop and maintain deep relationships with financial institutions for deal sourcing and closures.Drive top-line revenue and P&L ownership for the FIG vertical.2. Relationship Management (Core FIG Role)Build and manage relationships with:Banks & NBFCsMutual Funds & Insurance CompaniesAIFs, PE/VC FundsFamily Offices & Institutional InvestorsAct as the primary interface between Organization and lenders/investors.3. Deal Execution & StructuringLead end-to-end deal lifecycle:Opportunity evaluationStructuring of financing solutionsLender/investor identificationNegotiation & closureWork closely with internal teams for financial modeling, documentation, and execution.4.
