We are seeking a seasoned Support Lead with 10–15 years of overall experience in ETL processes, Azure Databricks, and Python, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will oversee production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data operations while guiding and mentoring the support team. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the ETL/Data Engineering support team and manage day-to-day operations.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows and Databricks jobs.Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Automate monitoring and alerting for ETL jobs and Databricks pipelines.Document support procedures, knowledge base articles, and best practices.Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
